Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of products published by MahaSangha LLC (a New Mexico limited liability company, "we," "our," "us") — Amber, Anther, Bunkobun, amber-voice, Sandokai, and RainLock. Different products have different surfaces and different commercial relationships. The common terms below apply to all of them; the per-product tabs note anything that differs.
The short version
Use our products in good faith. Do not break the law with them. We provide them as-is; we take care but cannot guarantee perfection. If you pay us money, we owe you the service we sold. If you use a free product, you owe us no money and we owe you no warranty beyond what is legally required.

Acceptance
By using any MahaSangha product, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy at mahasangha.io/privacy.html. If you do not accept them, do not use the product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use any of our products. If you are paying us money, you must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys safe. If your key is leaked, rotate it (love@mahasangha.io). We are not liable for usage made under a compromised key prior to rotation.
Amber MCP (mcp.mahasangha.io/amber)
Amber MCP is a paid editorial-discipline server exposing two tools: draft_amber (paid per call) and audit_amber (free).
Alpha phase
Amber MCP is in public alpha from May 25, 2026. Alpha means the product works and is genuinely useful, but it is still being shaped. Registers, pricing, the audit spec, rate limits, and the tool surface may all change during the alpha, sometimes without notice. Sessions may be interrupted and output may contain errors. Use Amber for real work if you like — many alpha users will — but treat it as early software: play at your own risk, keep your own copies of anything you care about, and do not rely on it for time-critical or safety-critical work.
Help us calibrate. Amber gets better with real use. We warmly invite — but never require — alpha users to share the work they draft or audit with Amber, along with any feedback, so we can tune registers, pricing, and the audit spec against real writing. Sharing is voluntary and opt-in: email love@mahasangha.io. If you choose to share, you grant MahaSangha a limited, non-exclusive license to use that material internally to evaluate and improve the product. You keep full ownership of your work; we will not publish it, sell it, share it outside MahaSangha without your explicit permission, or use it to train competing systems. If you share nothing, Amber works exactly the same — calibration material is a gift, not a toll.
Unused credits are refundable for 14 business days from purchase — see Refunds below. We will announce on the Amber product page when the alpha ends. Continued use of Amber during the alpha means you accept these alpha terms.
Service
The draft_amber tool accepts a brief, register hint, and target word count, and returns a draft generated by a large language model under MahaSangha's editorial constraints (registers, positive moves, anti-slop discipline). The audit_amber tool inspects prose for adherence to the same constraints and returns a structured report. The service is intended for original-prose drafting and audit; it is not a content moderation, legal, medical, or financial-advice service.
Pricing and credits
Each draft_amber call consumes credits in proportion to the requested draft length and mode; current per-length rates are shown on the Amber product page. Credit price and minimum purchase are stated on the signup page at mcp.mahasangha.io/api-keys and may change with at least 14 days' notice (during the alpha, pricing may change sooner — see the Alpha phase section above). Existing purchased credits are honored at the rate at which they were bought. We do not bill recurringly without your action; you top up your credit balance via Dodo Payments.
Refunds
Credits are refundable within 14 business days of purchase if unused. Used credits are non-refundable. If a call fails on our side (5xx response, model provider outage, or our bug), email love@mahasangha.io with the timestamp and we will refund the credit — no time limit on error-charged refunds.
Authentication
Each user receives a per-user API key (Bearer token) at signup. You are responsible for keeping this key private. Caddy validates the key at the edge; abuse, key sharing, or attempts to bypass rate limits may result in revocation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Amber MCP to: generate content that violates the law in your jurisdiction or ours; impersonate a real person without consent; produce harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse; generate sexual content involving minors; or attempt to extract our system prompts, model weights, or other proprietary configuration. Violations may result in immediate key revocation without refund of used credits.
Ownership of output
You own the drafts you generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms (currently Anthropic). We claim no copyright in your generated text. We make no representation that your generated text is free of similarity to other published works; you are responsible for your own editorial and legal review before publication.
Availability
Amber MCP is provided as-is on a best-effort uptime basis. We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA at the alpha tier. Scheduled maintenance is announced at mcp.mahasangha.io/amber/status when applicable.
amber-voice (Claude skill)
amber-voice is a free, open-source markdown bundle distributed as a Claude skill. It contains editorial reference material (registers, positive moves, AI-shape tells, kill list) that Claude loads as context.
License
The amber-voice skill is published under the license stated in its repository at gitlab.com/mahasangha1/amber-voice. You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it according to that license. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under the open-source license.
No warranty
The skill is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Editorial discipline is opinionated; whether the output suits your purposes is your judgment to make.
No service relationship
Installing or using amber-voice does not create an account, service relationship, or contract with MahaSangha. We do not provide support beyond responding to issues filed in the public repository when we can.
Anther
Anther is a voice-first accessibility application currently in alpha.
Service
Anther accepts spoken input, transcribes it, processes it through a language model, and returns a spoken response. It is designed to support people who interact more easily by voice than by text. It is not a substitute for emergency services, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Alpha caveats
Anther is in alpha. Features may change, sessions may be interrupted, and responses may contain errors. Do not rely on Anther for time-sensitive or safety-critical information.
Acceptable use
Do not use Anther to harass others, record people without their consent in jurisdictions requiring it, or attempt to extract proprietary configuration.
Account responsibility
If Anther offers an account in your version, you are responsible for your credentials. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
Bunkobun
Bunkobun is a bespoke book-making service. You upload a manuscript, choose a tier and binding, pay, and we coordinate printing and shipping.
Service
The exact deliverables for each tier are listed on the Bunkobun product page. Bunkobun is a print-and-fulfill service; we do not edit, ghostwrite, or layout your manuscript unless you have purchased an editorial tier that explicitly includes those services.
Pricing and payment
Pricing per tier is stated on the product page. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. Your order is committed to print when we receive payment confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order for a full refund up to 24 hours after payment, provided the print job has not been dispatched to the printer. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible and refunds are at our discretion based on the state of fulfillment.
Manuscript rights
You retain all rights to your manuscript. You grant us a limited license to print, bind, and ship copies as you have ordered. We do not redistribute, publish, or display your manuscript outside the order you placed.
Shipping
Shipping times depend on your destination, the printer's queue, and shipping-carrier conditions. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout; we are not liable for carrier delays.
Damages in transit
If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a reprint at our cost.
Sandokai (Claude skill)
Sandokai is a free, open-source Claude skill that fetches transcripts from spoken-media URLs.
License
Sandokai is published under the license stated in its repository at gitlab.com/mahasangha1/sandokai. The license governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and redistribute it.
Third-party content
Sandokai fetches transcripts from third-party sources (YouTube and other yt-dlp-supported sites). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the fetched content complies with the source's terms of service and applicable copyright law. We do not host or redistribute third-party content; Sandokai is a fetch tool that runs on your machine or in your Claude session.
Your own API keys
If you configure Sandokai with your own Deepgram API key for audio transcription, that key remains under your control and is governed by Deepgram's terms. We do not see, store, or transmit your key.
No warranty
The skill is provided as-is. Source sites change their APIs and rate-limits frequently; we make no guarantee that any specific fetch will succeed.
RainLock
RainLock is an Android application distributed via Google Play.
License and distribution
Your use of RainLock is governed by these terms and by the Google Play store terms under which you obtained the app. Updates are delivered through Google Play; we do not push updates outside that channel.
Local-only operation
RainLock runs entirely on your device. We do not provide cloud sync, accounts, or remote support. If your device is lost or wiped, any data stored locally by the app is lost with it.
No warranty
Provided as-is. We are not liable for any consequences of relying on the app for security or productivity workflows.
